She is a local so not only does she know every block and the history on all her houses but will help you every step of the buy/sell process with her many connections from lawyers to inspectors. Makes the process much less stressful. Once Karin knows what you like she won't waste your time showing you properties or areas she knows you won't be interested in. Highly recommended
